Procedure for Canceling an Order

  1. Initiating a Cancellation:
    • Customers who wish to cancel an order must do so within 12 hours of placing the order.

  2. Information Required:
    • When requesting a cancellation, customers must provide the following information:
      • Order number
      • Name and contact details
      • Reason for cancellation
  3. Cancellation Confirmation:
    • Upon receiving a cancellation request, our customer support team will review the request and confirm the cancellation status within 48 hours.
    • A confirmation message will be sent to the customer’s provided contact details once the cancellation is processed.
  4. Refunds:
    • If the order is successfully canceled within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, the order will be treated as a return. Customers will need to follow the return procedure outlined in our Refunds & Return Policy.
  5. Exceptions:
    • Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is processed. This includes, but is not limited to, customized or personalized products.
    • In such cases, customers will be notified about the non-cancellable status of their order at the time of purchase.
